Job Duties:
- Establishing the Global Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) business
- Work closely with all SMA primes in achieving their SMA quota in their respective country
- Administer guidelines, processes and procedures to streamline all global SMA policies for SMA Primes and Support Entity in order to further improve and enhance our SMA structures
- Work closely with all Country Heads to align the SMA strategy in accordance to the Country’s strategy and provide global support
- Consolidate sales report for all regions and prepare (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reports and data collection for business review
- Monitor and feedback to Helpdesk System to ensure database accuracy and support agreement renewals
- Manage all quotations, SOR and SMA renewals
- Help SMA primes to offer solutions to the designated market in Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines
- Participate in marketing activities in local market
- Prepare necessary documents process reports andprocedures for both sales and operations
- Work closely with internal team
- Overseeing the needs of staff of Singapore office
- Manage and handle all office documentation (budget request, office supplies and purchase requisitions)
- Prepare and process Travel Authorization (booking flights,hotel accommodations, visa processing etc.)
- Handle all office administration and ensure that everything is in accordance to company’s internal control procedures
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 5 years of sales support experience
- Those with hospitality experience will have an added advanatage
- Good communication skills in English
- Meticulous and careful, possess an eye for details
- Work well with all levels of people
- Able to work independently
