JOB RESPONSIBILITY
You will be learning the latest operational aspects of the highly proprietary processes.
You are expected to understand and comply with all Corporate and Plant EHS rules/policies/procedures. You will work closely with Process Engineers in learning the process and equipment troubleshooting, establishing the work centre document (SOP) system, and training all Manufacturing Assistants. You will also assist Production Supervisors in fulfilling shipments with good quality products to customers on time. You will also be involved in Kaizen activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the operations team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience. Those without manufacturing experience may also apply
- Good statistical background with knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts
