Qualifications
- Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Description & Requirements
- Collaborate with Project Directors on all areas of the architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation, project management and project administration.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Oversee progress of on-site works and resolve any arising issues.
- Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
- Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
- Well versed in design software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop.
