Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to management and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all engineering work is performed in accordance with the company’s quality assurance policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant local experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure, sewer & drainage, and roadworks.
Certifications: Possession of Resident Engineer (RE)
Project Exposure: Experience working on LTA or PUB projects is highly desirable.
