Job scope

• Provide on-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances.
• Manage and maintain accuracy of inventory records (hardware / software / licenses).
• Manage IT operation and responsible for work process and operating procedures documentation.
• Manage the renewal of hardware / software contract warranty, and licenses.
• Manage Microsoft SharePoint, List and Azure AD
• Assisting business in optimizing their processes through the development of automation tools including Excel VBA, Power Automate, etc.
• Assist in management of IT vendors for the delivery of IT services.
• Assist with new systems testing and implementation.
• Ensure IT security and procedural changes are adhered to industry best practices.

Infrastructure Support:

• Work closely with IT and Infrastructure Team Lead for any repairs and maintenance work.
• Monitor, track, and report feedback on faults reported regarding any operational issues to Team Lead
• Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders to plan and execute IT and Infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science
• System administration (Active Directory/Exchange/MS Office365/Azure AD)
• Hands on experience in installation of IT hardware and software
• Able to multi-task and highly adaptable
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• An interest or experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage
• Willing to learn new technologies like Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI

Working Days/ Working Hours

• 5 Days' Work Week
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
