Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job type and location of work:
· Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Equipment Servicing
· Working Location: Ubi, walking distance to Mac Pherson MRT station
· Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM;)
· Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate internal sales and servicing activities.
- Manage and update production inventory
- Procurement of production parts and consumable items
- Organize logistic for service collection and delivery
- Track and update service activities and status
- Support production team to organise production activities
- Support sales and marketing team to handle customer enquiries
- Update and maintain general ledger
- Maintain production records and other documentation
- Communicate with customers to update service progress
Qualification and role expectations:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Average proficiency in English, written and oral
- Minimal supervision. Suitable candidates are expected to be responsible and also be a team player.
- Organise and diligent in maintaining records and tracking
- Honest and independent individual with good coordination skills.
