The Role:
To support the brand in meeting sales targets by performing various marketing activities and campaigns set out by the management and marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Director/Manager/GM in executing effective marketing strategies and annual marketing campaigns.
- Execute the annual and ad-hoc marketing plans and initiatives that significantly help stores to achieve sales target, guest counts, and market share.
- Plan, execute and attend community and local store marketing events. Monitor industry statistics, follow trends, and shop competitors within the market. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and increase sales, build guest counts, and support customer loyalty. This include physical presence with the stores, and not limited only to administrative roles.
- Act as liaison with mall management and operations for local restaurant marketing campaigns including for underperformance stores and new store openings.
- Assist, collate, and coordinate information needed with production of marketing materials and literature online and offline for aggregators’ platforms, new store openings and local store marketing.
- Ensure stores’ marketing materials are accurately displayed, in good condition and distributed as required.
- Act as liaison with aggregators on marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the external brand persona and direction is always adhered to.
- Update and maintain documentation and databases – aggregators, new store openings and local store marketing.
- Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
- Responsible for the aggregators’ performances and sales building report.
- Ad hoc reports or other tasks will be assigned as needed.
Requirements :
- Possess a degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Marketing Communications / Advertising or any equivalent certification.
- Fresh Graduate with Marketing qualification are welcome.
- Candidates having experience in F&B/consumer retail products or in working with field marketing have an added advantage.
- Possess project management and communication skills – demonstrate ability to lead with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Meticulous, creative, and innovative person with strong organizational and time-management.
