Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, EHS, you will be representing company in managing and overseeing all EHS related matters for construction, addition and alteration (A&A) and customer fit-out projects to ensure all legal and company EHS requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, you will also support country EHS manager in the management of operational EHS at the data centres.

· Manage and maintain full oversight of construction, A&A and customer fit-out projects to ensure company’s Group Minimum Standards (GMS) and any other

related company EHS standards and requirements, relevant statutory obligations and regulatory requirements, codes, and laws, are implemented, efficiently managed, and maintained throughout the duration of each project.

· Work in conjunction with the Contractor site management team to ensure the Project Safety Management System is implemented for construction and A&A projects.

· Conduct 6-monthly compliance audits for construction and A&A projects, prepare audit report and follow up on the findings with relevant stakeholders till closure.

· Attend daily Construction / A&A Project Coordination meetings led by Contractor Project Manager to ensure all safety matters are addressed for the activities scheduled.

· Collect and prepare monthly safety report for construction and A&A projects including required EHS metrics for data consolidation, e.g., man-hours worked, leading & lagging indicators, safety compliance status any other required information, etc.

· Work closely with and provide support to the Singapore Data Centre Operations Project Team and General Contractor in ensuring work activities are adequately planned and executed safely and in full compliance to applicable legal and company EHS requirements.

· Review and provide constructive input on projects as well as operational data centre related high-risk work processes and their relevant safety documents (e.g. risks assessments, safe work procedures, worker competencies, equipment licenses, etc); including the oversight of high-risk work execution (May occur on weekends / after office hours).

· Oversee all safety incidents or near misses that occur for projects and operational data centres to ensure they are duly reported and investigated in conformance with company Incident Management standards.

· Review injury/incident reports and investigations for completeness. In cases where dangerous occurrences or incidents with major injuries have occurred, to assist with onsite investigations within short notice.

· Perform regular EHS assurance walkdowns, task observations and inspections for project and operational data centre related activities; prepare findings report and follow up on actions till closure.

· Attend all essential project and operational data centre related EHS meetings / reviews and prepare meeting minutes as directed by the Country EHS Manager.

· Assist the Country EHS Manager in ISO45001 / BizSafe audits and certifications.

· Plan, develop and execute EHS programs, procedures and awareness activities for the Singapore data centres.

· Support any other EHS activities, initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Country EHS Manager for both projects and operational data centres.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree/ Tertiary Level Qualification in Engineering or related fields.

· Minimum 8 years of EHS management experience in Construction / Addition & Alteration type of works (post WSHO registration), with at least 2 years of experience in managing EHS in operations.

· Have operational safety management and program development experience.

· Data centre, facility management or manufacturing related EHS experience is an added advantage.

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

· Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA), is preferred.

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Good problem solving and analytical skills.

· Strong EHS technical knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office.

STT – Senior Executive

As the Senior Executive, Finance (General Ledger), you will be supporting the general ledger shared services accounting, management accounts and reporting function for Southeast Asia region.

o Perform daily transactions such as posting of journal entries, perform reconciliations, prepare audit schedules

o Manage financial reporting activities in accordance with the organisation's accounting policy and procedures as well as International Financial Reporting Standards.

o Manage and upkeep good internal controls relating to the integrity of data for financial reporting.

o Preparation of monthly general ledger related journals, bank reconciliation clearing and related schedules, and intercompany billing and invoices.

o Preparation of monthly management accounts, including schedules reconciliation, variance analysis and cashflow forecasts.

o Ensure timely and accurate month end closing process, including Group submission.

o Liaise with various stakeholders on necessary operational matters e.g. tax/treasury/operations.

o Preparation of documentations for treasury related transactions e.g. loans drawdown, covenants monitoring and reporting.

o Liaise and support audit requirements (internal/external audits/PCAOB etc).

o Support annual budget & forecast processes.

o Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

o Degree in Accounting, with Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification

o At least 4-7 years of relevant working experience

o Experience with general ledger shared services function and SAP S/4 Hana will be an advantage.

Manage and service large scale data centre infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts

Job Description

• Support the organisation's data centre services through active 24x7 monitoring of the infrastructure (12 hours shift)

• Act as Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents, respond & perform remote requests within SLA

• Document and update accurately all requests on the internal Web Portal ticketing system such as user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc

• Deliver ITIL compliance process conformance for incident, problem and change management

• Ensure effective implementation of safety, security and customer support policy and procedures

• Coordinate and provide support to contractors and vendors as well as inspecting completed work

• Plan and support all preventive and reactive maintenance activities with little to no disruption to company's services

Requirements

Duties

As the Executive, Security Operations, Data Centre Site Operations (DCS0), you will provide administrative support for Security Operation and are responsible for the following:

• Attend to Fire Command Centre monitoring, coordination and administration with STT Technical Assistance Centre and security related vendors.
• Co-ordinate with security vendors to provision and service of new and existing security systems
• Use tools such as Visitor Management systems or Data Centre (DC) security related tools to check-in/check-out visitors to the DC
• Understand existing and new security systems and be a trainer to new joiner or employee.
• Coordinate security access and vehicle clearance including admin functions of creating and removingof badges using in house system/portal.
• Input Ticket Reference No. on the Delivery’s “General Release Slip” form (including contractors).
• Ensure all security logs and reports are up-to date for audit purpose and follow-ups.
• Prepare required security reporting from security systems available for customer reporting or ad-hocbasis.
• Coordinate with Security Guards on the CCTV monitoring and Key Press management
• Maintain up-to date inventory of security assets.
• Coordinate on Company Emergency Response, Fire Drill, Pandemic Flu logistics and administrations
• Assist Manager to meet the day-to-day security and facilities related function, attend to securityrelated function at the loading bay.
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirement

• Higher/Nitec or Diploma in Computing/ IT/ Security/ office administration or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in the administration function in a similar environment, such as a data centre or financial industry
• Good communication skills and adept at handling walk-in customers
• Meticulous team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as well as meet tight deadlines with minimalsupervision.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with mandarin speaking clients
