Job Purpose:
You will be responsible in the execution of brand marketing plans to strengthen our brands’ presence.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure the brand’s overall objectives are achieved.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans, including brand positioning, market intelligence, advertising, promotions, and content creation.
- Work with advertising, media, digital, and public relations agencies and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of online and offline marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness and the weekly project status.
- Support in marketing presentations and reports, consumer analysis, and monitoring of the new product brand’s performance vs. target or forecast.
- Drive CRM initiatives, including planning and executing campaign programs
- Leverage customer data to drive upsells and expand user usage
- Manage end-to-end segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the consumer lifecycle
- Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU/MAU, purchases)
- Experiment with all aspects of the customer lifecycle to identify effective approaches for growth.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing and CRM
- Working experience in the FMCG industry, DTC E-commerce is preferred
- Experience working with creative agencies is an added advantage
- Must be proficient in Mandarin/Chinese
