Job Purpose:
To assist and support planning and development of business categories in Asia.
Job Duties:
- Plan and manage the execution of regional expansion strategy to achieve both long and short-term business objectives.
- Reporting on sales performance, competitors’ analysis, and consumer trends to determine its impact on operations.
- Generate and analyze business data to provide market assessment, category insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new markets development.
- Interpreting industry and customer data trends to provide insights into business development opportunities.
- Reporting and market research to determine market share and other relevant business environment indicators, monitor competitive environment including competitor products, pricing and marketing activation.
- Manage market research, consumer trend report, data, to evaluate findings and prepare information for decision making.
- Cross functional coordination to drive execution efficiency.
- Assist in the monthly management reporting materials and presentation.
- To provide administrative support for regulatory work.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous
- Outstanding communications skills in English & Mandarin (oral and written)
- Experience in market analysis, research is preferred.
- Good presentation skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
