• Interacting with contractors and customers using verbal and written communication

Duties & Responsibilities

To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;bilingual in mandarin and English
To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing;
To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting;
Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect’s liability period;
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
Preferably at least 1 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
Knowing structure analysis Solftawre
Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
