Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Provide secretarial support for other staff.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company.
Able to think logically and rationally.
Able to persevere and work independently
