Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Provide secretarial support for other staff.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
Liaise with Tokyo Gas Asia’s accounting team on payment matters.

Requirements:
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company.
Able to think logically and rationally.
Able to persevere and work independently.

Customer oriented with good communication skills
Must be able to speak, read and write and English in order to communicate with customers
Preferably have customer service experience providing products/services to customers.
Troubleshoot, repair, and disassemble machines
Keep the motor working properly (repair + inspection)
Generator protection work
Electronic board repair circuit maintenance inspection
Write a maintenance report

Electrician degree or university diploma in related field/and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to coordinate the relationship between leaders and colleagues.
Ability to commit to longer hours if the project requires it.
Able to handle urgent work arrangements at any time
