Responsibilities

*Responsible for providing professional beauty treatments to customers
*Understand the needs of customers and provide professional beauty knowledge to them
*Recommend suitable treatments and products to customers
*Provide considerate after sales services to customers and maintain good relationships with them
*Handle some daily operation task and ad hoc projects
*Good communication skills, proactive, responsible, diligent and punctual.

Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Provide secretarial support for other staff.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
