Graduated from related major and have working experience
Need to arrange workers complete construction works daily, Ensure works go on smoothly, Ensure no workers idling.
Coordinate with Main-con, clarify with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machineries etc
Attend all the site meeting on behalf of company.
Well knowledge on RC works in the whole process, Rebar works, formwork, Concreting.
Well Knowledge on Labor production rate of RC works.
Good communication skill required.
Stronger Leadship required.

Graduated in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related technical disciplines
project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions and prepare and present regular progress reports
Conduct thorough cost analysis and value for project budgets
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of QS’s work for respective projects to ensure that works are completed on time for submissions to Client parallel to Project Schedule both in re-measurements and change proposals.
Provide quotations to Client’s for any new additional works arises out of the original scope of works (if any).
Checking and approving the change proposal for submission to Clients.
