Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to oversee the testing of our AI-powered FinTech platforms and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial technology sector and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including development, product management, marketing, and senior leadership—to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the company.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to identify performance issues and brainstorm potential enhancements.
• Develop and implement test cases to identify issues and bugs, aiming to create robust and stable software solutions.
• Perform various types of testing including regression, stress, and performance testing, documenting results, and recommending improvements.
• Guarantee high-quality user experience and interface functionality.
• Documentation:

1. Software documentation to ensure it meets technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness standards and to minimize risks.
2. Document test progress and results, establishing logging and tracking systems that can be utilized by other team members.

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Financial and Technology sector (e.g., Banking, Multi-Finance, Peer-to-Peer lending), with a proven track record.
• Proficient in various testing techniques such as functional, stress, unit, user interface, and integration testing.
• Skills:

1. Must be highly skilled in documentation management and QA methodologies.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for documenting findings and liaising with colleagues.
4. Proficiency in English, with adeptness in both spoken and written forms.
