• The setting of examination/assessment papers and assignments (question papers, resit papers and answer keys).

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching Maths or Science at primary or secondary levels.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE or International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably major in related disciplines).

• At least two years of experience in teaching related subjects.

The Role:

This role will execute the sales plan to deliver maximum revenue potential. You will manage the engagement of customers and present the value and impact of our services to prospective customers. • Reach out and engage parents and students about our products and services through various communication channels such as telesales, messaging, etc.
• Discover, analyse and identify the customer requirements
• Promptly follow up on lead inquiries and personalise the message to each customer.

B. Sales Pipeline and Management:

• Involve in developing an individual sales plan to effectively build a pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth

• Update all sales and follow-up activities in the sales reporting tool efficiently.
• Feedback to the management on ways to optimise lead channels and close the customers.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Majority of customers are from China).
• Passion for direct sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience, preferably within the education or ed-tech space.
• Experience in developing new opportunities, closing sales, and exceeding the target-driven environment, focusing on B2C customers (e.g. young learners, parents, and their guardians).
• Comfortable with cold-calling, self-sourcing, and following through on leads.

2. Generate payment vouchers using the SAP system.
3. Process staff claims and petty cash payment
4. Preparing Customs Import Commercial invoices for all overseas shipment.

1. Monitor and record daily bank charges for all banks.
2. Perform daily bank reconciliations.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Have a positive work attitude with good communication skills, proactive with problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure to meet a tight timeline
