Job Summary

The Sales Manager for Battery & E-Waste Scrap Management will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our battery and e-waste scrap management services. This role involves managing sales activities, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets within this niche market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the battery and e-waste scrap market.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, including manufacturers, recyclers, and waste management companies.
• Understand and keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, presenting to senior management as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the waste management, recycling, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the battery and e-waste scrap market and its regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and effectively lead a sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
