Requirement :
• Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager.
• Understand Accor hotel system.
• Excellent leadership skills; being enabling, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
• Excellent negotiation, financial/analytical skills, food & beverage experience.
• Sharp business and commercial acumen. i.e. good sales & marketing and distribution knowledge
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Job scope :
• Lead the properties’ effective operational and strategic directions within all departments to maximize revenue.
• Ensure the service standards and procedures, and guest experience are well implemented.
• Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
