Job Scope:
- General admin tasks within the finance department
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry into the system
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting principles
- Assist in office administrative matters
- Maintain a proper filing system, documentation, and database
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Preferably with accounting and admin experience
- Good organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, perform the core job duties accurately, and prioritize and deliver within tight deadlines
- Full-time position (5.5 working days)
