Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Perform complex financial modelling and analysis to evaluate the potential returns and risks of various investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to optimize returns.
- Collaborate with other members of the investment team, including asset managers, property managers, and legal counsel, to evaluate potential investments and manage existing assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, owners, and other industry professionals to source potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining the portfolio model and conduct analysis on portfolio decisions to optimise financial performance.
- Prepare quarterly valuations and coordinate approvals from internal stakeholders and investors.
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly report and data packages to investors, as well as managing all investor queries in relation to the portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field from a top tier university.
- 2 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related fields.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment analysis and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior management and investors.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel) and/ or financial analysis software.
