Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Perform complex financial modelling and analysis to evaluate the potential returns and risks of various investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations to support investment decisions.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to optimize returns.
• Collaborate with other members of the investment team, including asset managers, property managers, and legal counsel, to evaluate potential investments and manage existing assets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, owners, and other industry professionals to source potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining the portfolio model and conduct analysis on portfolio decisions to optimise financial performance.
• Prepare quarterly valuations and coordinate approvals from internal stakeholders and investors.
• Coordinate and prepare quarterly report and data packages to investors, as well as managing all investor queries in relation to the portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field from a top tier university.
• 2 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate investment analysis and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior management and investors.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel) and/ or financial analysis software.
