Are you ready to take on an exciting opportunity as a Senior Product Manager for Omnichannel Messaging? We are looking for a talented individual to join our Product team in Singapore and play a key role in our CPaaS Business.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and emerging industry trends. Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and innovations in messaging channels.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product roadmap for omnichannel messaging, encompassing new channel integrations and the expansion of existing capabilities. Oversee the full product lifecycle from planning to go-to-market execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure successful product development and go-to-market activities. Coordinate across all functions to align on strategy, timelines, and delivery.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback, identify pain points, and integrate insights into the roadmap.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for the omnichannel messaging portfolio, including customer usage trends, quality, and business impact. Regularly report on product performance and continuously optimize the offering.
- User Experience & Product Delivery: Drive initiatives to deliver an exceptional and seamless user experience for web applications. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
- Product Launch & Market Growth: Support product launches, coordinating activities to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow the 8x8 customer base and strengthen product adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within CPaaS or related SaaS industries.
- Strong interest in omnichannel communication platforms, including RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS.
- Excellent market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to define and measure success through key performance indicators.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
