Are you ready to take on an exciting opportunity as a Senior Product Manager for Omnichannel Messaging? We are looking for a talented individual to join our Product team in Singapore and play a key role in our CPaaS Business.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and emerging industry trends. Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and innovations in messaging channels.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product roadmap for omnichannel messaging, encompassing new channel integrations and the expansion of existing capabilities. Oversee the full product lifecycle from planning to go-to-market execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure successful product development and go-to-market activities. Coordinate across all functions to align on strategy, timelines, and delivery.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback, identify pain points, and integrate insights into the roadmap.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for the omnichannel messaging portfolio, including customer usage trends, quality, and business impact. Regularly report on product performance and continuously optimize the offering.
• User Experience & Product Delivery: Drive initiatives to deliver an exceptional and seamless user experience for web applications. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
• Product Launch & Market Growth: Support product launches, coordinating activities to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow the 8x8 customer base and strengthen product adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within CPaaS or related SaaS industries.
• Strong interest in omnichannel communication platforms, including RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS.
• Excellent market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to define and measure success through key performance indicators.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking for an Office Coordinator, responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration and operations. The role will also provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team across regionally. This is an office based role in Singapore, working Monday to Friday.

Duties include, but are not limited to -

Operations and Facilities

• Visitor / customer meet and greet
• Managing a busy meeting room diary and meeting rooms
• Organising couriers, dealing with post / Special Deliveries
• Procuring daily office supplies
• Facilitate booking transport when required for our visiting Executives
• Arranging necessary office repairs and supervising on site contractors
• Managing and reporting from the S2 security system, including the supervision of staff office passes
• Liaising with IT and organising the return of leavers IT equipment
• Ensuring all Health & Safety protocols are followed and records kept
• Monitoring / reviewing all Facilities related contracts
• Processing all Facilities related payments through Coupa
• Assisting in the coordination of all in staff events
• Training in ergonomics to give staff assessments

Administrative Support

• Supporting the General Manager (GM) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with aspects below -
• Organising the SLT calendar 1-2 quarters in advance for the CPaaS business, ensuring that individuals are aware of longer term commitments to help them prepare for planning and leave windows.
• Preparation for periodic QBR’s, OKR’s, Talent Reviews, Company Communications, All-Hands, Sales Kick-off’s, Overseas Visitors, Public Holidays etc.
• Manage and compile visitors schedules including booking rooms, meeting times with stakeholders and ensuring any preparation is clear to all ahead of time.
• Managing and filing reporting and presentations. Ensuring presentations timelines are adhered to for content approval and review.
• Tracking SLT travel and coordinating against cyclical commitments (mentioned above).
• Working with Marketing to overlay events and ensuring appropriate resource allocations. E.g Executive Travel and speaking slots.
• Managing these as OKR’s in Workboard.
