We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The idea candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibility:
- Administrative support to the Management.
- Perform general administrative duties including Handling incoming/outgoing calls and emails and other correspondence enquiries.
- Maintain and organize files, records and documents both physically and electronically.
- Working and coordinating assigning leads with Interior Designers.
- Manage offices supplies and maintenance of the office housekeeping ensures office functioning properly.
- Performing general office duties such as data entry and generating lead report and working with Portals.
- Coordinate events.
- Ad Hoc assigned.
Job requirement:
- O Level or Higher NITEC or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Administrative or in similar roles.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability priorities task and work under pressure.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to details and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in using Excel and words and electronic savvy.
- Knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Knowledge of applying of work permit and human resource will be a plus point.
Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, alternative Saturday (WFH): 9am to 1am.
- Salary: $2000 to $2400 (depending on your experience /skill)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaker’s customers.
