• Ensure design proposal and timeline are achieved
• Able to prioritize work and multi-tasking
• Site visit
• Ad Hoc duty

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Passionate in interior design
• Good oral and interpersonal skill
• Team player
• Preferably at least 1 year in interior design or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

· Handle sales inquiries quality leads provided

· Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

· Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

· Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

· Project management and site coordination.

Requirements -

· Individuals with good communication skills

· Creative and have a passion in Interior Design

· Self-motivated and sales target-driven

· Responsible, proactive & good work attitude

· Able to work in a team and individually

· Able to visualize concepts and explain the interest in changing trends in design

· Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
