Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Timely follow-up on provided leads.
• Client Interaction: Guide clients through project ideas, timelines, and cost proposals.
• Design Work: Create layouts, mood boards, material boards, and 3D perspective drawings.
• Project Management: Schedule workflows, oversee project implementation, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Site Supervision: Perform site visits to maintain quality standards.
• Adaptability: Handle additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal with ability to lead and influence to drive consensus with different stakeholders (Such as contractors, customers and colleagues)
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in interior design is required for this position.
