Job Description:

• Strategically plan, execute & manage online sales/marketing campaign and activities across various e-platforms (including but not limited to online marketplaces, company website etc.) to drive online sales growth.
• Manage and update website content, assist on product listing creation/voucher listings, promotion bundles creation, ads for traffic generation and ensure high accuracy in all information published.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns such as EDM, Social Media Posting/Ads to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities.
• Liaise with respective e-platform manager for campaign submission or address operational challenges.
• Manage and respond to all forms of customer engagement (e.g. chats, phone, emails, reviews etc) ensuring
• Work closely with other departments to successfully plan and implement marketing, sales campaigns, and product launches.
• Compile sales performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or Shopify is a plus.
• Sales driven, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Branding

• Manage Branding & Product communication.
• Use of data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate outcomes of both online & offline campaigns and engagement.
• Work with Graphic Design Team to create visual concepts and develop design layout for Marketing & Product collaterals.
• Involved in video production projects including schedules, storyboards, resources, talents, logistical needs and editing.
• Provide counsel to departments on branding elements, communication, and public messaging so as to uphold the brand image of the organization.

Public Communications

• Build online communities to raise awareness and profile of our brand through user engagement on social media platforms.
• Webmaster with responsibility for ensuring mobile responsiveness and usability of corporate website as well as online content creation and curation.
• Work with Graphic Design Team to develop communication materials to support engagement with consumers.
• Support in the execution of company-wide and engagement events.
• Provide support in handling crisis communications online.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Support in monitoring online and social media coverage and collate clippings of online media articles relevant to the Company.
• Provide secretariat support for department meetings.

Requirement

• Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other relevant fields.
• At least one years of working experience in marketing communications or fields related to digital marketing.
• Understanding of brand and marketing mix and experienced in event management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics for social and website traffic performance report will be useful.

• Responsible for monthly & yearly financial closing
• Update, manage & perform AP and AR records
• Update purchase records
• Prepare monthly closing stocks computation, standard journal entries and general ledger
• Cashflow management & perform bank statements reconciliation
• Prepare GST working file and reconciliation and handle quarterly GST submission
• Prepare audit schedules such as Accrual, Hire Purchase, ROU, Fixed Assets & etc…
