• Our family clinic serves a significant number of elderly patients who may not be fluent in English and often communicate in dialects such as Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin or the ability to converse in dialects would be highly beneficial.

Job Scope

• Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency such as registration of patients, scheduling appointments and dispensing of medications and payment collection.
• Experience in processing, submission, and collection of various medical insurances.
• Experience in processing of billing transaction under different government schemes and managed care programme.
• Manage inventory ensuring prompt requisitions of medicines and consumables.
• Regularly train and guide the clinic assistants on daily operations safety procedures and customer service standards to ensure that they can perform efficiently.
• Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Managers / Doctors

Job Requirements

• 2 years of FULL-TIME working experiences in GP clinic (At least 4 years of FULL-TIME working experience in GP clinic is required to be considered for Supervisor position)
• Computer literacy
• Have good communication skills.
• Knowledge in medical insurance processing and government claims.
• Working Days / Hours = 5.5 days
• Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)
