Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent top-notch customer service with a simple welcome greeting and engage customers in conversation.
- Develop good rapport with customers to build customer loyalty.
- Be proactive in responding to customer queries and requests.
- Assist team members in photoshoot and recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Respond positively and with timeliness to customer feedbacks and suggestions.
- Follow up with customers on their orders.
- Update and maintain the Order Management file.
- May be required to be involved in Trade Fairs and Roadshows.
Requirements:
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- Good in spoken English and 1 other language locally
- A dependable team player who can work both independently and as part of a team
- Presentable and well groomed
- Retail sales target oriented
- Gets a kick out of each successful sale
- Excellent customer service
- Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be added advantage
