The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cryptocurrency Swap & Payment Services Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. You will work closely with our IT team, banking partners, and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and deliver a world-class cryptocurrency management and payment solution. You will also play a key role in collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between product development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cryptocurrency swap and payment services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Translate user needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
• Product Development & Execution:
  • Collaborate with the IT team to define technical specifications and ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with banking partners to ensure seamless integration and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Cryptocurrency Swap & Payment Operations:
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency swap and payment operations, including transaction processing, settlement, and security.
  • Develop and optimize processes to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space.
• Banking Operations & Compliance:
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, including account management, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate with banking partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a secure and compliant platform.
• User Experience & Feedback:
  • Prioritize user experience and gather feedback through user research, surveys, and analytics.
  • Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback and market trends.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Build strong relationships with banking partners and other external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to: Align product features and functionalities with marketing campaigns and messaging.
    • Provide insights and feedback on marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Collaborate on content development and user acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
• Proven experience in developing and launching successful financial products.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency swap and payment ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention measures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Description:

1. Strategic Leadership and Innovation:

• Develop fintech strategies alike
• Craft and implement business strategies to expand the company’s fintech offerings, focusing on market trends like digital payments, blockchain or financial automation.

Drive innovation:

• Lead efforts in developing and launching new financial technology products or services that meet customer needs and improve user experience.

Market Positioning:

• Analyze similar fintech market trends, competitors and customer behaviours to ensure the company remains competitive and at the forefront of innovation.

2. Operations and Product Management:

• Oversee daily operations
• Manage end-to-end operations for all products, ensuring efficiency in areas like software development, customer service and compliance.
• Product lifecycle management, ensure the development, implementation and continuous improvement of fintech products, such as digital wallets, mobile apps or online banking solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure that all solutions comply with regulator frameworks such as KYC, AML and data privacy laws. Manage risk in product offerings, especially concerning cybersecurity.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead, inspire and mentor a high-performing team across various functions such as product, sales, technology and compliance.
