Job Description
Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machinery, and other things to be used.
Conduct inspections before and after the work and plan the work for the given task.
Communicate closely to Supervisors by updating the works such as before, progress, after, or completion of works on site.
Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting outside/ Gondolas.
Putty/Plaster to repair cracks.
Hands-on support to building operations.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the designated places.
Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
Knowledgeable in mixing and applying paint for painting.
Able to protect furniture and fixtures before and during painting
Daily routine inspection of building premises, safety measures, etc.
To perform any ad hoc tasks as required
Must attend early morning site meetings.
Follows all required safety procedures.
Job Specifications
Similar experiences will be advantages
Able to commit to Overtime when required
Able to calculate surface area and plan on the usage of paint
Able to work at heights
Able to work on weekends and public holidays should there be a requirement.
Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
