Job Descriptions:
Supervise, direct, support and coordinate activities of the team for execution of assigned work in safe, efficient and effective manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient work plans, coordinating with all departments;
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Site Manager, Operation Manager and the team.
Qualificiations:
- Electrcial, Insgrumentation trades or engineering background: degree prederred or equivalent experienced with electrical and instrumentation components in an industrial environment required.
- Posses computer / IT skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong understanding of proper maintenance and operation procedures, including shutdowns or emergency work; responds positively to changes in direction, priorities and assignements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all personnel and escpecially with respect while directing others.
