- Able to commit overtime in the event of urgent work including weekends.
- Independent, positive working attitude and able to build a good working relationship with migrant workers.
Responsibilities:
- Allocating works to workers and monitoring of workers independently with minimum supervision
- Coordinate with co-drivers for workers or material pickup and delivery
- Plan/coordinate site works and ensure that the project can finish within the time frame provided by customer
- Report manager and office on the job progress and issue happened on site
- Assisting with hands on practical works when needed.
- Bangla speaking skills is more advantage
