Job requirements

• Minimally Nitec in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative / operational support
• Willing to be scheduled to occasionally work off office hours in support of operations
• Competency in Microsoft Office
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who is keen to pick up new knowledge and technology

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for the institute, as well as assisting the Corporate Admin group to ensure the smooth operations of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support for Senior Management:

a. Assist with preparation of documents and reports.

b. Assist with proper documentation, tracking and record keeping.

c. Organize and plan departmental events.

d. Manage and coordinate calendars for senior management.

e. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

f. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely reminders.

g. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications and other travel-related

2. Office and Pantry Management:
