1.Grant Management

• Provide manpower projections to relevant stakeholders and ensure Expenditure of Manpower (EOM) are optimised.
• Advise on manpower expenditures for grant management.
• Consolidate manpower allocation from project leads and timely updates in SAP system.
• Oversee and consolidate monthly Headcount reconciliation and run ad hoc reports required for manpower budgeting.
• Ensure right charging for bonus re-fractionation.

2.Fund Requisition (FR)

• Prepare and submit FR (EOM breakdown and projections).
• Ensure EOM breakdown is reconciled with FR Submission.
• Reply iGrant Auditor queries.

3.EOM billing to Inter RI and external Companies for services provided.

4.Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• With Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative/Finance/Accountancy
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in grant administrative/finance activities
• Preferably with good understanding of organization policies on grant management and finance knowledge
• Proficient in MS advance Excel and other Microsoft office, Power BI and familiar with SAP
• Meticulous individual with critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in the centre.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in the centre day-to-day and during center events
• Support the organization operations and research need through the workshops/laboratories, offices, building infrastructure and premise security management
• Conduct daily walkabout in the centre to ensure the centre is in good operational condition, uncompromised security and safety compliance
• Ensure a safe working environment within the centre
• Track, maintain and order the operational inventories and maintain a systematic filing system
• Work closely with in-house contractors for facilities feedback to keep the centre in a daily operational state
• Assist in liaising and sourcing of vendor for quotation, equipment, service and monitor the contractor work?s quality, schedule and ensure safety during the execution
• Handle requests and queries from staff and management
• Work together with internal stakeholders/partners to support the entity in center operations
• Assist in executing corporate facilities related projects
• Investigate, check and analyze reported on any workshop and laboratory breakdown
• Facilitate in the facilities related SOPs, Forms and presentation materials
• Perform essential handyman work when needed
• Assist in statutory audit and internal audit
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Job requirements

• At least diploma in related field (Facilities / Safety / Operations)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations for workshop, laboratory, facility, building services, electrical and mechanical
• Willing to be scheduled to occasionally work off shift hours in support of operations
• Able to breakdown the assigned work into deliverable tasks and provide realistic timeline for their completion
• Competency in Microsoft Office, AV system. Experience in office outfitting/ relocation projects is added advantage.
• Experience in supervising contractors, facility management and their sub-contractors
• Some understanding in the HS&E requirement
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task

The Project Management Officer will join a compact, dynamic team of project managers and will have the chance to participate in managing innovative research projects focused on sustainability within the energy and chemicals sectors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Monitor and review projects according to organisational policies and procedures

-Analyse and report projects in terms of Schedule, financial, and performance progress
