As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will take lead for the development of various testing capability for advanced photonics, including but not limited to chip-level and wafer-level testing of optical devices and electro-optical devices. The Engineer will be responsible for driving electro-mechanical product development in compliance with ISO 13485 standards across multiple levels, from component to product. The role includes planning and monitoring New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, managing engineering changes, and maintaining documentation, including Design History Files.
