The S&A PMO process governance & automation lead is responsible for leading & overseeing day to day PMO process governance operations, which also include identifying & launching automation improvement to the process workflows to improve productivity and efficiency of ARTC Project Life Cycle Management (PLCM) Process.
Leading a team of 3-4 project coordinators & working across functions, the successful candidate responsibilities are to:
- Act as the main liaison officer to PMO director and S&A senior management as well as responsible for matters related to the organisations" Project Management System, PLCM processes, PMO financial & manpower untilisation
- Generate and analyse monthly financial data for management review
- Provide training and guidance for users using the project management system. Chair "Clinics" to address queries and support PLCM processes.
- Billing and track all project invoices
- Track, generate and analyse project manpower utilisation rate for management reviews.
- Assist PMO director in preparing project/programme data, presentation decks, communication slides and other project or programme related documents.
- Responsible for project or programme audit. leasing with project managers, principal investigator and colleagues from HQ.
- Collate and compile project management dashboards for reporting and management reviews
- Review and revise guidelines to improve existing processes pertaining to PLCM cesses. Be responsible for implementing automated process for PLCM workflows.
Requirements:
- More than 9 years of experience as project or programme controller, working in Project Management Office or related department
- Diploma or Degree in Business or engineering related courses.
- Demonstrate experience and capabilities in managing and communicating with crossfunctional stakeholders
- Experience of leading a small team to deliver excellence in PMO process governance.
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility to the change management process. Willing to embrace new ideas and change in a fast pace environment
- Skill in communicating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
