Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Equipment Engineer, you will own all assigned toolsets. A*STAR-IME is leading the way in establishing industry first 200mm open Silicon Carbide (SiC) R&D program. Job Description:

• Develop epitaxial processes for selective and non-selective growth of Ge and SiGe layers on Si substrates.

• Develop various photonics testing capabilities for both chips and wafers, including design and building of measurement setups
• Perform chip-scale and wafer-scale data collection for OE, EO and OO devices from frequency range of 0 to 110 GHz

As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will work on photonic device and PDK library development. This will include photonic device simulation, fabrication, characterization, optimization, and PDK development.
