As a member of the QA team, you will support the team in the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, logistics and cost. You are responsible to support A & One’s best-in-class quality assurance and controls management systems. You are required to deliver on all required key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across all quality functions to achieve operational excellence.

1. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, serving as customers key account managers from the first touchpoint to on-time delivery.

2. Provide technical support in sales presentations, briefings, product demonstrations.

3. Participate in monthly sales team reviews to update on the learnings and challenges.

4. Conduct pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.

5. Coordinate client needs with various internal resources and teams.

6. Stay up to date on technology news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc.

7. Achieve sales objectives and identify business opportunities.

8. Develop relationships with new prospects by leveraging personal and business networks.

9. Responsible for answering sales inquiries from both local and international sales markets.

10. Lead technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues and priorities.

11. Present project status internally and leads communication between the project team and its stakeholders.

12. Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.

13. Manage sales campaigns for top opportunities in the precision engineering domain and will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations.

14. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

15. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

16. Collaborate with operations department and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and zero defects to achieve 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements

Education

· Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering

Mandatory Experience

· 3 to 5 years of quality management experience in precision engineering, contract manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.

· Proficiency and knowledge in CMM Programming, measurement and calibration equipment

· Knowledge of quality systems

· Knowledge and Experience in Surface Treatment

· Experience in writing non-conformance and corrective actions reports (e.g. 8D, F23, NCR) for customers

· Experience in the processes and report writing for New Product Introduction (NPI), Prototype and First Article (FA)

· Enjoys solving complex challenges with exceptional internal and cross departmental team communication and management experience

· Proficiency in both English and Chinese to write, communicate and translate amongst non-English speaking team members

Good to Have

· Experience in using Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning System Navision

· Basic understanding of precision engineering product drawings, blueprints and treatment specifications.

Job Description
To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

• Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.
• Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements.
• Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Job Requirement

• Degree in with degree in Civil, mechanical or equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in construction site
• Prior experience in Refinery / Process Plant on Civil and/or Mechanical projects execution will be advantageous

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.
2. Understand all technical specification and standard compliance and ability to handle troubleshooting project correction.
3. Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly and other CWI duties.
4. Co-ordinate, communicate with member even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.
5. Co-ordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply to inspection and test plans on material or structure.
6. Witness and verify all tests include reinstatement etc. and prepare reports after such tests are conducted.
7. Verify product identification through material verification inspection and periodical random checks on site.
8. Responsible in executing directives as set forth for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives in term of quality control/assurance of all production fabrication works/projects.
9. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools include all documentation, procedure qualification records accordance to customer specification and code.
10. Manage and supervise a team of inspectors / technicians in meeting departmental quality goals and production schedule.
11. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs and Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
12. Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
13. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
14. Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
15. Manage the implementation / schedule of calibration control.

Competence Requirement

• Min. ITE-NTEC/Diploma/Degree level PE/ME or its related discipline.
• Fresh Degree or min 3 years in Quality Assurance in production/fabrication/welding environment or it relevant experience in QC/QA environment.
• Perform CMM programming, smart-scope and QC measuring tools/equipment.
• Certified with welding certification by American Welding Society, Certification Welding Inspector, AWS-CWI. - Optional
• Minimum 3 years of related experiences in welding capacity in structural fabrication.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and reading symbols.
• Understand the quality principles, standards, internal business systems and processes.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and Works well with all levels of staff and technically competent.
• Good knowledge of International Codes and Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API).
• Basic Knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office
• Sound Technical knowledge on steel structural and steel fabrication procedures and welding inspection.
