Looking for SO for multiples location
• Tagore Shaft - Upper Thomson Rd (Just in front of Thomson Nature Park Carpark)
• Sembawang Shaft - Sembawang Shaft (Junction of Gambas Avenue/Sembawang Rd)
• May Shaft - Access to end of May Road (Just beside CTE)
• Marymount Shaft - Upp Thomson Rd (right after Shell Petrol)
• Mandai Shaft - Along Sembawang Rd (Look for this bus stop Nee Soon HQ 22 SIB)
• Gambas Shaft - (Junction of Gambas Avenue/Woodlands Ave 9)
• Ang Mo Kio Shaft - Junction of Upper Thomson Rd/Ang Mo Kio Ave 1
Requirement
• SO must have RTT, PGPS & OBSE, preferably with PAPP as well
• 1 notification needed
Job scope
• To call security command centre (SCC) upon start and end work.
• Manage the keys locking for the main gates and the key box
• Account for all items at security counter (contractor passes & recording book)
• Ensure main/ pedestrian gate is always locked
• Contact the project officer (PO) and SCC in the event of any incident. All incidents shall be recorded in the occurrence book
• Ensure all occurrences , movement records are updated accurately, timely, correctly, complete and legible
• Comply with all SOPs that issued by SP
• Only allow SP staff/ RTO who display their SP passes/ SP long term passed to enter the installation
• Conduct checks and record the movement timings on all vehicles of the SP staffs/ visitors/ contractors when entering and leaving the premises
• Seek verification from SP project officers when there is any contraband, prohibited and flammable items
• Ensure that no photo/ video taking is allowed unless is approved by SP officers
• To perform any other duties that assigned
Benefits
• 5 days work week, inclusive of 1 weekend
• Working hours - Day shift: 0800 to 2000/ Night shift: 2000 to 0800
