The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. He/She plans, directs or coordinates quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. He/She also works to improve an organisation's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. He/She prepares and update quality documentation, basing their processes on a recognised standard such as ISO 9000 – Quality Management, published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. 1. Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.

3. Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly and other CWI duties.
4. Co-ordinate, communicate with member even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.
5. Co-ordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply to inspection and test plans on material or structure.
