Job Responsibilities:
Provide front-line engineering support for M&E systems
Carry out/ ensure routine & preventive maintenance services of M&E systems in accordance to plan/master schedule
Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
Manage and supervise contractors to perform maintenance/ repair/ replacement works
Responsible for tenants satisfaction, attend to and investigate and complaints related to M&E services
Ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standards
Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities.
Any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor & Building Manager
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electronics /Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Hardworking, positive working and learning attitude
A good team player who is also able to work independently
Possess good technical knowledge of building works and M & E will be advantage.
Possess good communication skills (with good written & spoken English) and be able to relate to different levels of people.
Ability to handle difficult situations and work well in fast-paced environment
