Under the Sales Operations Team, the incumbent acts as the primary liaison with insurers and sales consultants in providing hands on end-to-end management of insurance applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate highlights/quotes/insurer’s illustrations for sales consultants’ meetings.
• Provide new business sales support and after-sales policy services support for sales consultants.
• Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation are obtained and filed in CRM
• Co-ordinate pre-case submission tasks - medical bookings, preparing internal KYC documentations and insurer’s application forms.
• Handle new business case submissions to different insurers and work closely with sales consultants to policy inception.
• Handle monthly bank’s reporting.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and ensure they are answered promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients preferably in the insurance broking or insurance industry.
• Adapt to using different software to generate insurer’s illustrations.
• Strong understanding of different underwriting requirements from the insurers to submit cases efficiently.
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Good interpersonal skill with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work with tight deadlines, producing efficient work in a multi-task environment

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, group companies etc;
• Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols;
• Ensure reserves are provided or updated in a timely and realistic manner;
• Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as gap in policy wording and risk improvement;
• Periodic review of files, as and when required;
• Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically;
• Compile monthly/quarterly statistics and any other statistical data when required;
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Preferably a bachelor degree in Maritime Studies or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the maritime industry or as a marine claims assistant with a direct insurer
• BCP, PGI, ComGI certificates are an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Participate in classroom training to ensure updated products knowledge and on current regulations.
• Conduct quality telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products (e.g. Personal Accident Plan, Dementia Insurance, Home Insurance) to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and/or create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to quality sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database
• Participate in process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• At least 1 year of outbound call experience from a bank or financial institution.
• Display strong resilience in handling rejection and objections from customers.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide 1st Level remote and on-site troubleshooting support to all employees
• Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA
• Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition
• Conduct IT induction training for users
• Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations
• Participate in system improvement projects when required
• More will be shared during interview

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Infocomm Technology or its equivalent
• Good to have some prior experience in providing End-User support. We are happy to consider junior applicants who are keen to learn on the job.
• *This is a 1 year contract, with high potential to be converted to permanent headcount
