Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and compliance standard entries for AP with full supporting documents.
· Prepare payment voucher
· Supporting accountant in data entry and information gather for reports purpose
· Maintain proper filing system and general office duties
· Process and verify invoices, match them with purchase orders and ensure timely payment to vendors
· Others ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant
Requirements:
· Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or above
· Entry level are welcome to apply
· Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
