Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily operation summary checks on sales transactions, collections, and various vouchers.
• Ensure accurate pre-GST sales and GST amounts, identifying any missing sales invoices.
• Post and reconcile all receipts, including credit cards, NETS, cash, and vouchers.
• Prepare monthly net sales reports for store landlords.
• Assist with statutory audits, corporate tax, and GST compliance.
• Manage branch requests for printing supplies and invoices.
• Perform general administrative tasks within the finance department.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Nitec in Accounting or a Diploma with relevant accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated, meticulous work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with Netsuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
