As a Host/Hostess at our newly launched café, you’ll be the first point of contact for our elite clientele, ensuring every visit is a seamless and extraordinary experience. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Warmly Welcome Guests: Create a welcoming and engaging environment for our discerning guests, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.
- Manage Orders & Reservations: Handle all reservations and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain an Immaculate Space: Keep the café and surrounding areas pristine and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Customer Relations: Address customer concerns or requests with grace, resolving any issues in line with brand values and escalating when necessary.
- Uphold Excellence: Adhere to appearance and service standards to embody the elegance and sophistication of the brand.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in Hospitality: Previous experience in luxury or customer-focused roles is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: You can professionally handle inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for maintaining the brand’s aesthetic standards and cleanliness.
- Polished & Personable: A professional and poised demeanor with the ability to engage with high-profile guests.
- Flexible Availability: Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Bonus Points: Experience with reservation and cashiering systems is a plus, and mature candidates with sophisticated poise are welcomed.
