- Locations: Siglap or Tras Street

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in wok cooking and dim sum making is a strong advantage.
- A passion for Asian cuisines, with expertise in Burmese dishes being a major bonus.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen with a focus on Pan-Asian cuisine.
Your Role:
- Prepare and present top-notch Pan-Asian dishes with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu innovation and maintaining food quality.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior team members in cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Contribute to efficient kitchen operations, from inventory management to food prep.
