Work Hours, 5-day work week:
Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Saturdays: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Positions Available:CDP (Chef de Partie), Demi Chef, Commis Chef
Locations: Siglap or Tras Street
Salary: Pay to be discussed during the interview.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in wok cooking and dim sum making is a strong advantage.
A passion for Asian cuisines, with expertise in Burmese dishes being a major bonus.
Prior experience in a professional kitchen with a focus on Pan-Asian cuisine.

Your Role:

Prepare and present top-notch Pan-Asian dishes with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu innovation and maintaining food quality.
Lead by example, mentoring junior team members in cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
Contribute to efficient kitchen operations, from inventory management to food prep.
