Job Title :Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant, 5 Days @Kovan Mrt

Location:Kovan Mrt

Contract Period:From 01 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. (Extendable 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025)

Mondays to Thursdays:9.00am to 6.00pm *,inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.

Fridays:9.00am to 5:30pm*,inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.

Scope responsibilities:

Reception

• Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
• Attend to unwell students.
• Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.

General Administration

• Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and maintain the loan records.
• Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
• Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
• Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
• Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc).
• Support school events and any duties assigned by school.

Reception Duties:

(a) Manage School front counter services

(b) Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs

(c) Handling queries and complaints via phone

(d) Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff (e) Transferring calls as necessary

(f) Managing office inventory such as stationery and administrative

stores

(g) Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail

(h) Handle lost and found process

(d) Providing real-time information on attendance info to support SMT (e) Manage students' cellphone confiscation process

(f) Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording

(g) Manage student lift pass issuance

Qualification, The Personnel shall minimally have obtained 'A level' qualifications or its Skill & equivalent, and should preferably have the following skills and Experience of experiences:
