Contract Period:From 01 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. (Extendable 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025)
Mondays to Thursdays:9.00am to 6.00pm *,inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
Fridays:9.00am to 5:30pm*,inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
Scope responsibilities:
Reception
- Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
- Attend to unwell students.
- Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.
General Administration
- Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and maintain the loan records.
- Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
- Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
- Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
- Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc).
- Support school events and any duties assigned by school.
